Born in Cognac, former Esmod graduate she starts at Christian Dior couture. Over the years, Emita Churlaud has created her own house and developed a network of private clients and loyal international buyers. Churlaud's work reflects her refined understanding of structure and volume. Each garment is constructed in such a way as to maintain a direct relationship to the body as a sculptural form.
Emita Churlaud clients include her muses Marion Cotillard, Sophie Marceau as well as Juliette Binoche and Emmanuelle Devos.
